I have just released my new and controversial report on the state of bootcamps and personal trainers businesses and their websites.
If you want to provide some feedback please do so here.

Great report Tim. Thanks for all the tips.
I’d like to know if my site is working for me or against me? I will value any critique offered.
I just started my boot camp program In January and started charging in February. When I went from the “free” introductory month of classes to “Charging.” I lost EVERYONE! (I guess some people just want it for free…)
I am now offering a “Tiered pricing enrollment special” which is not as of yet advertised on my site. This special has been advertised on my facebook, through my email list and with my meet up group and soon to be on craigs list.
So I have signed up 5 people this week with this method so I think its working. I have appointments with 2 more this week as well!
As of right now I am looking for 15 people to pay me $75 a month to train 3x a week. After 15 people sign up I am going to raise the price to $85 a month and I will raise the price by $10 with each 10th person that signs up until I am getting $250 a month from each person.
I think I am onto something, but if you look at my site and tell me their is a better way to fill up my classes then I’d like to hear it.
Hi JJ
Thanks for the comment. Had a look at your website, visually it looks good, but a couple of things I would suggest.
1. Have a landing page from any of your advertising which asks for the visitors name and email address in exchange for something. This is key to having a list of warm leads you can continue to promote to each month when you start a new camp.
2. I use a very simple model of pricing… I run a 4 week program, their are groups for 3 times a week and groups for twice a week. There is a price for each of these 167 Euro for 3 times a week, 112 Euro for the other. It is ALL or nothing, they cannot buy attendance cards, they have to sign up for a 4 week program PERIOD I went from zero to full groups in 2 months with this model.
3. I have a strict maximum of 15 per group, this creates scarcity in the mind of the prospect, and ensures they take action immediately or they might miss out. there is no call to action on your site!
Hope this helps
Tim
