I am a Fitness Professional based in the major financial center (eeek!) of Luxembourg, central Europe. Luxembourg is really, really small, in fact your back yard is probably bigger than the country of Luxembourg!

GetFit.lu is the business that I set up 4 years ago when I quit the world of corporate bankers (YES it has a B in bankers) as an IT professional, struggling to see what the point of it all was.

I turned my back on my geek side, but it seems the stigma of being a geek has stuck, so I have given in and started this BLOG to help out those fitness professionals around the world sort out there techy woes.
